Veronika Colon Torres Breaks School Record in 800m

On Friday, Goldwater Track and Field competed at the Ron Smith Classic at Shadow Mountain High School.  The top performer was sophomore Veronika Colon Torres in the Girls 800m, running a time of 2:30.68. That time took down the previous school record by 2 seconds and her own personal record by 4 seconds.  Considering she

Goldwater Track to Face Ironwood in Only Home Meet of Season

The boys and girls track & field teams will host Ironwood High School in a dual meet this Wednesday.  This is the only meet that Goldwater will host this 2019 season, meaning that this is the last time that the seniors will compete on their home track.   The meet will start at 4:00.

Colon Torres, Jacklin Earn Medals at Gaucho Invite

On Friday the 8th, Goldwater Track & Field competed at the GCC Gaucho Invitational at Glendale Community College alongside 18 other schools from across the valley.  The top performers were Misael Colon Torres in the pole vault, John Jacklin in the 3200m, Veronika Colon Torres in the 800m, and Sioanex Martinez Orozco in the discus.
